NSW: Taskforce Gain appeals for information on carpark shooting
Police say a man captured on security footage moments before a brazen daylight shoot-out
in Sydney's south-west last month may have crucial information about the gunmen.
About 70 shots were sprayed around a carpark behind the Kings Head tavern, at South
Hurstville on December the 7th.
One man suffered minor injuries when a bullet grazed his leg.
Taskforce Gain Detective Superintendent MARK HENNEY says the unidentified man on the
security footage was seen inside the tavern talking with two men targeted by the gunmen
minutes later.
He's described as of Middle-Eastern appearance, around 19-years-old, 165cm tall and
of thin build.
Police are also urging a man whose car almost collided with the gunmen's car to come forward.
